Chris Coulter

Chris Coulter is Deputy Executive Director of the Berghof Foundation and heads the Negotiation and Mediation Support Department. She has over 20 years of experience working on conflict resolution in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and South America. Before joining Berghof, Ms Coulter was the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Programs at the Negotiation Strategies Institute in Jerusalem. Ms Coulter was also a special advisor on peace and security to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Sweden and has supported several peace talks on track 1 and 2 levels.
