Tetiana Kyselova

Dr. Tetiana Kyselova is an Associate Professor of Mediation and Conflict Resolution for the Department of International Relations at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in Ukraine. She is also an Associate Researcher at swisspeace in Switzerland as well as the Director and Founder of the Mediation and Dialogue Research Center at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Dr Kyselova has consulted for the Ukrainian government, OSCE, PCU, UNDP, EEAS, and INGOs on the context of the Russian aggression against Ukraine, focussing also on process design and civil society inclusion. She has been an Advisor to the Ukrainian Community of Dialogue Practitioners since 2022, advising Ukrainian peacebuilders on the strategies of peacebuilding, fundraising, capacity development, methodologies of conflict-analysis and process design.
